重金属氧化物应用于CT成像进行人体血管3D可视化重建
Application of heavy metal oxides in 3D visual reconstruction of human blood vessels via CT scanning
【摘要】 目的:探索应用重金属氧化物填充剂对人体标本血管进行灌注,经CT扫描后进行血管3D可视化重建。方法:采用金属氧化物粉末(氧化铅、氧化铋、氧化铈)与填充载体配制成填充剂进行新鲜尸体血管灌注,X线摄影,CT扫描获得数据集,采用Mimics10.01或3d-Doctor软件进行血管三维重建。结果:金属氧化物造影填充剂灌注的血管标本,X线摄影下标本动脉血管显影清晰,细小血管也充分显示;CT连续扫描断面图像血管显影均匀,三维重建所得图像清晰,管道饱满,边缘连续平滑,无齿状伪影,立体感强。结论:重金属氧化物是一种理想的人体标本管道造影材料,适用于人体血管3D可视化重建。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of 3D visual reconstruction of blood vessels via CT scanning after perfusion of heavy metal oxides fillers. Method: Heavy metal oxides powder and filling carrier were mixed together to perfuse vessels of fresh corpse. X-ray photography and CT scanning were performed to collect data for 3D image reconstruction of these vessels with minics10.01 or 3d-Doctor software. Result: Artery and minute branches of the vessels samples which were perfused with heavy metal oxides were clearly shown in x-ray film and CT successive scanning images. They were also well shaped in 3D reconstruction images which were clear,smooth,free of dentate shadow and with strong stereoscopic sensation. Conclusion: Heavy metal oxides are ideal perfusion materials for 3D visual reconstruction of human vessels.
