【摘要】 目的:探讨膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)后逼尿肌中转化生长因子-β1(TGF)-β1的表达与膀胱重量改变的关系。方法:随机选择2003年6月至2005年6月入院患者21例,其中BOO患者16例(BOO组),为住院诊断良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者,行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术;对照组5例,为外伤等情况入院并排除有下尿路梗阻病史者,行开放手术治疗。两组术前均行B超检查测定膀胱重量,术中切取膀胱上壁组织,检测膀胱逼尿肌中TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,并比较其与膀胱重量的相关性。结果:BOO组与对照组膀胱重量分别为(92.15±34.89)、(56.08±20.35)g,BOO组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组[(0.18±0.13)×106]相比,BOO组TGF-β1mRNA表达量[(3.60±7.30)×106]显著增加(P<0.01);且BOO组中TGF-β1mRNA表达量与膀胱重量改变呈明显正相关(P<0.05),而对照组无相关性。结论:BOO后膀胱逼尿肌中TGF-β1表达明显增加,其可能在膀胱逼尿肌的功能改变中发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine correlation between expression of detrusor TGF-β1 and change of bladder mass in patients with bladder outlet obstruction (BOO). Methods:Sixteen patients with BOO due to benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent via suprapubic prostatectomy (group A) and five patients with bladder trauma underwent open surgical procedures and ruled out lower urinary tract obstruction (group B) were selected randomly from June 2003 to June 2005 and studied. The bladder mss of patients was determined by ultrasonography before operation,and a small patch of bladder was resected in the operation,which was detected for expression of TGF-β1 mRNA,and correlation of bladder mass with TGF-β1 was studied using Pearson correlation. Results:The bladder mass of patients in group A and B was (92.15±34.89) g and (56.08±20.35) g respectively,the difference between them was significant (P<0.05);expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in bladders of patients in group A and B was(0.18±0.13)×106 and(3.6±7.3)×106 respectively,the difference between them was significant (P<0.01),and the change of bladder mass was positive correlated with the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in patients of group A (P<0.05),and there was no correlation of bladder mass and expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in patients of group B. Conclusion:Expression of bladder detrusor TGF-β1 mRNA increases substantially in patients with BOO,which may play an important role in the change of bladder detrusor function.更多还原
