【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合的方法治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法:对40肾性高血压患者采用中西医结合的治疗方法进行治疗,治疗8周后观察疗效,并比较治疗前、后肾性高血压患者血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)及24h尿蛋白量(UAE)的变化。结果:本组40例,显效26例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率达90%;治疗期间均未出现不良反应,无一例患者因不能耐受而退出治疗;治疗后血BUN、SCr和24h尿蛋白量较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:中西医结合的治疗方法治疗肾性高血压可降低患者血尿素氮、血肌酐及尿蛋白水平,有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on renal hypertension.Methods:Forty patients with renal hypertension were treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine for 8 weeks,the treatment effects were evaluated through comparing parameters changes before and after treatment,the parameters include blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr)and 24h urinary albumin excretion(UAE).Results:Of the 40 cases,26 cases demonstrated markedly effective;10 cases demon effective;4 cases of demonstrated ineffective;the total effective rate was 90%.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,no patients withdrew treatment due to intolerance.BUN,SCr and 24h UAE of the patients lowered significantly after the treatment(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and western medicine has better effect on renal hypertension.更多还原
