【摘要】 目的:探讨创伤性血气胸的治疗。方法:对2004年4月～2008年12月收治的创伤性血气胸30例进行回顾性分析。结果:胸腔闭式引流20例,胸腔穿刺5例,剖胸探查5例。治愈29例,死亡1例。结论:本病处理不当死亡率高,应提高对创伤性血气胸的警惕,及时动态观察病情变化,熟练掌握创伤性血气胸的诊断与治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed data of 30 cases with traumatic hemopneumothorax from April 2004 to December 2008.Results:20 cases had closed thoracic drainage,5 cases had pleurocentesis,5 cases had thoracic exploration.29 patients were in cure,and 1 was dead.Conclusion:The mortality of traumatic hemopneumothorax is high.So diagnosis at the earliest,dynamic observation in time and effective treatment are very important.更多还原
