医用生物蛋白胶与山莨菪碱预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨医用生物蛋白胶与山莨菪碱在预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死等中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2004~2008年收治的60例乳腺癌患者,随机分成两组,实验组30例,对照组30例。实验组标本切除后给予止血、引流、创面喷洒医用生物蛋白胶并加压包扎,术后立即给予山莨菪碱针剂20mg加入100mL生理盐水静脉滴注。对照组切除标本后常规止血、引流、加压包扎,创面不喷洒医用生物蛋白胶,术后不给予山莨菪碱针剂滴注。结果:实验组第1天引流量及总引流量均较对照组减少,术后皮瓣坏死发生率较对照组低,拔管时间及住院时间较对照组明显减少。结论:乳腺癌治疗中应用医用生物蛋白胶和山莨菪碱。能有效减少创面渗液量,降低皮下积液及皮瓣坏死发生率,缩短拔管时间和住院天数。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application value of medical biological proteogel with anisodamine in preventing the subcutaneous liquid collection and skin flap necrosis after the operation of mastocarcinoma.Methods:Sixty cases of mastocarcinoma were divided into two groups.The experimental group had thirty cases,and the control group had thirty cases.The biological proteogel was applied in the operative wound after hemostasis,drainage,pressure dressing after cutting specimen,and anisodamine injection at 20 mg,mixed with 100 mL physiological saline,was given to patients by phleboclysis soon after operation in experimental group.The biological proteogel and anisodamine injection were not applied to the patients after operation in control group.Results:The drainage of the experimental group in the first day and the total postoperative drainage were obviously lower than that of control group.The occurrence rate of skin flap nerosis was lower than that of the control group,the extubation time and length of stay were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of biological proteogel with anisodamine in the treatment of mastocarcinoma can effectively reduce the wound effusion,subculaneous hyrops and skin flap necrosis,and shorten extubation time and length of stay.
