【摘要】 目的:探讨切开复位、钢板内固定术治疗高龄老年肱骨近端骨折的效果。方法:采用切开复位、锁定钢板螺钉内固定术治疗26例80岁以上肱骨近端骨折患者,根据Neer评定标准判断治疗效果。结果:随访3~24个月,平均15.3个月,16例解剖复位,19例患肩关节功能恢复正常,2例关节功能差,肱骨头出现缺血坏死,行人工肩关节置换术。Neer评定:优13例,良9例,一般4例。结论:切开复位、钢板内固定术治疗高龄老年肱骨近端骨折患者效果较好,可恢复肩关节功能,预防肩关节僵硬、肱骨头缺血坏死及畸形愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with stell plate on proximal humerus fracture.Methods: Treated 26 patients aged elder than 80-year with proximal humerus fracture by open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate and screw.Evaluated effect based on Neer standard.Results: Followed-up with 3-24 months,averaged 15.3 months showed that 16 cases had anatomic reduction,injured shoulder joint of 19 cases had recovered,2 cases had bad joint function with ischemic and necrotic head of humerus.13 cases had excellent score,9 had well,and 7 had normal.Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate is effect on proximal humerus fracture in elder patients.It can help shoulder joint recovery,prevent joint stiffness,ischemic and necrosis of humerus head,and malunion.更多还原
