【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法:83例患者随机分为两组,实验组患者共44例,进行护理干预和常规护理;对照组患者共39例,只进行常规护理。应用SF-36生活质量量表分析两组患者生活质量的差异。结果:实验组在总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康8个方面评分明显高于对照组。结论:对妊娠高血压综合征患者尽早进行护理干预,能显著提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between nursing intervention and life quality of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients. Methods: 83 cases were randomly divided into trial group (44 cases) and control group (39 cases). Based on SF-36 questionnaire, we compared life quality of patients in the control group who were given routine nursing and patients in the trail group who had routine nursing plus nursing intervention. Results: The result revealed that the trail group has significant higher scores in eight aspects including general health, physical function, physiological role, body pain, vitality, social function, emotional role and physiological health than the control group. Conclusions: Nursing intervention can improve the life quality of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.更多还原
