【摘要】 目的:评价痰热清联合加替沙星对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将96例COPD患者随机分为治疗组(53例)和对照组(43例),治疗组给予痰热清注射液20mL加5%葡萄糖350mL静脉滴注,1次/d,联合加替沙星注射液400mg加5%葡萄糖250mL静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组43例单纯用加替沙星治疗(用法同上)。经2周后比较临床症状、体征的变化及病原菌清除率。结果:有效率治疗组为98.11%,对照组为86.05%(P<0.05)。细菌清除率治疗组为96.88%,对照组为82.75%(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清联合加替沙星是治疗老年COPD理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of combination of tanreqing injection and Gatifloxacin on senile COPD. Methods: 96 cases of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group (53 cases) and control group (43 cases). Treatment group were given intravenous drip of Tanreqing (20 mL) and Gatifloxacin injection (400 mg) which were injected separately along with 5% glucose (250 mL) (1/d); while the control group were given single Gatifloxacin injection (400 mg) along with 5% glucose (250 mL) (1/d). After two weeks, compare the clinical manifestations, physical signs and the clearance rate of the pathogenic bacteria. Results: The effective rate was 98.11% in treatment group and 86.05% in control group (P<0.05), the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria were 96.88% and 82.75% respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Tanreqing injection and Gatifloxacin is effective on senile COPD.更多还原
