护理专业三大教学环节人际沟通能力培养研究
Cultivation of interpersonal communication ability in nursing teaching
【摘要】 目的:在临床护理课堂、见习教学、毕业实习教学中加强人际沟通能力培养,以期提高护生的人际沟通能力。方法:采用模拟、模仿、综合应用的方式用在课堂、见习、实习环节对72名护理本科女生进行沟通能力培训,并用沟通能力测量表进行调查并自制评价标准进行评价。结果:培训前、后护理本科女生沟通能力得分差异有统计学意义(t=4.522,P=0.00),护生在见习前、后和实习后与患者沟通情况比较差异有统计学意义(F=14.092,P=0.00)。结论:通过在课堂、见习教学、毕业实习教学中加强护生人际沟通能力培养,有利于提高护生的人际沟通能力。
【Abstract】 Objective: To cultivate and improve nursing students’ interpersonal communication ability.Methods: Cultivated 72 female nursing undergraduates’ interpersonal communication ability by simulation,imitation and combined methods during many processes such as teaching,probation and internship.Investigated the result with Interpersonal Communication Ability Inventory(ICAI) and evaluated it based on self-made criterion.Results: Comparing with the pre-training score of communication ability,post-training score showed statistically significant difference(t=4.522,P=0.00).The results were the same during probation and internship(F=14.092,P=0.00).Conclusion: Strengthening the cultivation of nursing students’ interpersonal communication ability during teaching,probation and internship can improve nursing students’ interpersonal communication ability.
