【摘要】 目的:研究慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后主观症状,了解其变化规律。方法:对施行鼻内镜手术的318例患者进行术后主观症状调查,时间分别为术后2 w、4 w、8 w、12 w、16 w、20 w和24 w。结果:318例患者中,有症状者233例(73.3%),无症状者85例(26.7%),其中主诉头痛者35例(11.0%),鼻塞53例(16.7%),脓涕79例(24.8%),其它症状者66例(20.8%)。结论:头痛、鼻塞、脓涕仍然是慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后的三大主要症状,术后2~4 w是这些症状存在的高峰期,术后8 w明显下降,至术后24 w,上述症状基本消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the symptoms of the patients operated functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) and the changes of these symptoms after operation.Methods: The symptoms of the 318 patients who operated FESS were investigated at 2,4,8,12,16,20 and 24 weeks after operation.Results: Of 318 patients,233(73.3%) subjects had symptoms and 85(26.7%) were asymptomatic.The patients who complained headache were 35 cases(11.0%),the patients who complained nasal obstruction were 53 cases(16.7%) and complained mucopurulent nasal discharge were 66 cases(20.8%).Conclusion: Headache,nasal obstruction and mucopurulent nasal discharge still were the three main symptoms of the patients who operated FESS.2 to 4 weeks after operation was the peak stage of these symptoms occurred.These symptoms decreased significantly at 8 weeks after operation and almost disappeared at 24 weeks.更多还原
