【摘要】 目的:比较米力农与洋地黄治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:选择80例充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为米力农组(n=30)、洋地黄组(n=30)、对照组(n=20)。分别用米力农(10 mg+生理盐水250m l以0.375~0.75μg/kg/m in速度静滴)、地高辛(0.125~0.25 mg口服)以及口服和静注利尿剂和安慰剂(对照组),疗程均为7天。治疗前后观察患者心功能级别并作心脏超声心功能指数测定。结果:米力农组心功能改善总有效率为90%,洋地黄组86.7%,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但明显高于对照组35%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心脏超声心功能指数有明显改善。结论:米力农与洋地黄治疗充血性心力衰竭有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: We are aimed to investigate the effect of milrinone and digitalis to treat congestive heart failure.Methods: 80 cases with congestive heart failure were randomized to milrinone group(30 cases)、digitalis group(30 cases) and control group(20 cases);10 mg milrinong in 250 ml saline was infused to vein with 0.375-0.75 μg/kg/min daily;digoxin 0.125-0.25 mg and diuretic daily were orally used in digitalis group,placebo was used in control group.All the treaement periods were 7 days.Results: The efficiency of improved heart function was 90% in milrinong group、86.7% in digitalis group and 35% in control grop;the efficiency was significantly better in milrinong and digitalis group than control gorup.Moreover,echocardiographic heart function variables had been significantly improved in treatment groups.Conclusion: Both milrinone and digitalis have significant effect on congestive heart failure.更多还原
