【摘要】 目的:观察泪道探通加抗生素眼膏留置治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法:用泪道探针探通泪道,探针留置10~15 min后取出,用每100 ml含庆大霉素8万单位的庆大毒素生理盐水冲洗泪道,再向泪道注入抗生素眼膏置留。结果:慢性泪囊炎22眼,治疗成功20眼,失败2眼。结论:泪道探通加抗生素眼膏置留能有效地治疗慢性泪囊炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis after probing lacrimal passages and infusing antibiotic oculentum.Methods: The lacrimal passages are probed by a lacrimal probe,and the pnobe wibb le held for 10-15 minutes.The lacrimal passages are irrigated with the gentamicin normal saline which there are 80,000 units gentamicin in eveng 100 milli liters,Then the antibvotvc oculentum will be infused and held.In the lacrimal passages.Results: Twenty eyes are cured and the rest are failes in twenty-two eyes with chronic dacryocystvtiy.Conclusion: The chronic dacryocystitvs can be actwely cured by probing of lacromal passages with antibvotoc oculentum onfusion and hold.更多还原
