Extensive meaning of Chinese Words shows in three aspects in the paper. There are words of color,lexis with same morpheme as affix,the extensive use of the name of animals. The emergence of extensive words reflects always the developments of society and the changing idea of human. Meanwhile,extensive meaning of words is a necessity of language change ,which is suitable to the basic regulation of language development.
