平顶山市中、小学学生血脂现状调查

【摘要】 目的:了解平顶山市9~15岁学生血脂现状,为从儿童期开始心、脑血管病的早期预防积累基础资料。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪对平顶山市某中学、小学共239名学生进行血脂测定。结果:男生总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平依次为(3.44±0.84)、(0.91±0.33)、(1.12±0.26)及(1.68±0.49)mmol/L,女生依次为(3.65±0.63)、(1.02±0.30)、(1.18±0.23)和(1.88±0.68)mmol/L,女生TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于男生(t分别为2.17、2.69、2.62,P均<0.05),男女之间HDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(t=1.88,P=0.05)。TG、LDL-C水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.50、0.59,P均<0.001),HDL-C与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.001)。结论:血脂水平与年龄有关,该地区儿童健康状况应引起重视。

【Abstract】 Aim:To explore the levels of students’ blood lipid of one middle school and one primary school in Pingdingshan,and to provide basis data for prevention of angiocardiopathy and cerebrovascular diseases from childhood.Methods:The levels of blood lipid were determined with automatic biochemistry analyzer among 239 students in one middle school and one primary school in Pingdingshan.Results:The levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C of the boys were(3.44±0.84),(0.91±0.33),(1.12±0.26),and(1.68±0.49)mmol/L,respectively.Those of the girls were(3.65±0.63),(1.02±0.30),(1.18±0.23),and(1.88±0.68)mmol/L,respectively.The levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C of the girls were higher than those of the boys(t=2.17,2.69,2.62,P<0.05).The levels of TG,LDL-C were positively correlated to age(r=0.50,0.59,P<0.001),that of HDL-C was negatively correlated to age(r=-0.55,P<0.001).Conclusion:The levels of blood lipid are correlated to age.The health status of children in Pingdingshan need more attention.
