不同部位的巨噬细胞培养上清液对小鼠红系血细胞发生的影响
Effects of three types of macrophages culture supernatant on burst forming unite-erythroid and colony forming unite-erythroid in mice
【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔、肺泡和肝脏的巨噬细胞培养上清液对小鼠早期红系造血祖细胞[用红系爆式集落形成单位(BFU-E)表示]和晚期红系造血祖细胞[用晚期红系集落形成单位(CFU-E)表示]发生的影响。方法:采用造血祖细胞体外培养技术观察3种不同部位的巨噬细胞培养上清液对BFU-E和CFU-E集落数的影响。结果与结论:3种培养上清液均能促进BFU-E和CFU-E的分化与增殖,而肺泡巨噬细胞培养上清液的上述作用更明显。
【Abstract】 Aim:To study the effects of peritional macrophage(PM),alveolar macrophage(AM),and Kupffer cell (KC) on burst forming unite-erythroid(BFU-E) and colony forming unite-erythroid(CFU-E) in irradiated mice.Methods:Using techniques of hemopoietic progenitors in vitro,the authors studied the effects of three types of macrophages culture supernatant on BFU-E and CFU-E.Results and Conclusion:It is shown that three types of macrophages culture supernatant may stimulate proliferation and differentiation of BFU-E and CFU-E in mice,and AM is the best one in comparison with others.
