【摘要】 目的:观察某医院环境卫生监测情况及对医院感染率的影响。方法:用前瞻性调查方法收集河南省某三级甲等医院1996至2007年住院时间超过48h的患者医院感染的发生情况及医院环境卫生情况。结果:1996至2007年,河南省某医院医院感染率呈逐年下降的趋势,环境卫生监测合格率无明显变化,2者不存在相关关系。结论:医院环境卫生监测合格率不是影响医院感染率的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To observe the surveillance of a certain hospital’s environmental hygiene and its influence on nosocomial infection rate.Methods:The patients,who were hospitalized more than 48 hours,were monitored by prospective investigation from year 1996 to 2007 in a class 3,rank 1 hospital in Henan.To collect the data of these patients and environmental monitoring of the hospital.Results: From 1996 to 2007, the nosocomial infection rates were descending year by year.The environment qualified rate did not obviously change.There was not correlation between them.Conclusion: The qualified rate of the hospital environment is not the main factor that descending the nosocomial infection rate.更多还原
