【摘要】 目的:分析化疗联合适形放疗治疗肺癌中出现放射性肺炎的影响因素。方法:选择81例肺癌患者进行回顾性分析,全部患者均接受了三维适形放疗加化疗。观察性别、年龄、KPS评分、体质量有无减轻、吸烟史、病理分类、病理分期、放疗靶体积、肿瘤剂量、V20、肺平均剂量、照射肿瘤位置、放化疗方案、紫杉醇有无等14个因素对放化疗中出现放射性肺炎的影响。结果:81例中32例出现放射性肺炎,发生率为39.5%(32/81)。发生时间多在放疗后1～4个月。年龄、KPS评分、病理分类及分期、放疗靶体积、肿瘤剂量与放射性肺炎的发生有关。结论:化疗联合适形放疗中放射性肺炎的发生和年龄、KPS评分、病理分类与分期、放疗靶体积及肿瘤剂量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To analyze the influencing factors of radiation pneumonia in lung cancer treatments with chemotherapy and 3D-CRT.Methods:Review the 81 patients with lung cancer who had accepted treatments of chemotherapy and 3D-CRT.The influence of the following factors(sex,age, KPS,weight loss,history of smoking,pathological types,pathological staging, target volume,tumor dose,V20,average dose of lung,tumor site,programes of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with or without paclitaxel) were evaluated on the occurrence of radiation pneumonia.Results:There were 32 cases suffered from the radiation pneumonia in 81 cases. The incidence rate was 39.5%.Pneumonia often occurred within 1～4 months after radiotherapy.The results suggested that age,KPS,pathological types, pathological staging,target volume,and tumor dose were related to radiation pneumonia.Conclusion: The age,KPS, pathological types, pathological staging,target volume,and tumor dose may be related to the occurrence of radiation pneumonia.更多还原
