【摘要】 目的:观察益肾生精冲剂治疗少精弱精症的临床疗效。方法:1276例患者分为少精症组(n=116)、弱精症组(n=686)和少精弱精症组(n=474),分别给予益肾生精冲剂,1次/d,每次15g,开水冲服,2个月为1个疗程,伴有生殖道炎症者加用抗生素。结果:治疗2～6个月后,1276例患者治疗有效率为75.16%。少精症组、弱精症组、少精弱精症组治疗有效率分别为80.17%,85.42%和59.07%。治疗后少精症组的精子密度,弱精症组的精子活力及少精弱精症组的精子密度、精子活力均有改善(P<0.05);治疗后精浆生化的各项指标均有改善(P<0.05)。结论:益肾生精冲剂对少精弱精症有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To observe the clinical efficacy of yishenshengjing granules in treating oligo/asthenozoospermia.Methods:A total of 1 276 patients were allocated into oligospermia group, asthenozoospermia group and oligo/asthenozoospermia group. The yishenshengjing granules were given at 15 g,once a day, two months for a course of treatment. The patients with genital tract inflammation were given antibiotics.Results: After 2 to 6 months,the efficacy rate of 1 276 cases were 75.16%.The efficacy rates of oligospermia,asthenozoospermia and oligo/asthenozoospermia groups were 80.17%,85.42%,and 59.07%.After treatment, the sperm density of oligospermia group, the sperm motility of asthenozoospermia and the sperm density and motility of oligo/asthenozoospermic group were improved (P<0.05); all the seminal plasma biochemical indicators improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishenshengjing granules is efficacious in treatment of oligo/asthenozoospermia.更多还原
