同卵双胞胎食管、贲门组织P53、PCNA蛋白的表达

【摘要】 目的:探讨同卵双胞胎食管贲门组织中P53和细胞核增殖抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达特征。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC方法,分析来自河南食管癌高发区同卵双胞胎食管(19对)、贲门(17对)组织中P53和PCNA蛋白的表达。结果:19对同卵双胞胎食管组织中,2个成员均为正常组织(NOR)11对,单发不典型增生(DYS)4对,单发食管鳞癌(SCC)3对,双发SCC1对,病理组织一致性为63.16%(12/19)。17对同卵双胞胎贲门组织中,2个成员均为NOR5对,单发DYS12对,病理组织一致率为29.41%(5/17)。食管与贲门组织病理组织一致率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在11对食管上皮组织均为NOR的同卵双胞胎中P53蛋白表达一致4对(36%),不一致7对(64%);PCNA蛋白表达一致10对(91%),不一致1对(8%)。1对双发SCC同卵双胞胎中P53、PCNA蛋白表达均为阳性。5对贲门上皮组织均为NOR的同卵双胞胎P53蛋白表达均为阴性,PCNA蛋白表达均为阳性。结论:后天环境因素对食管上皮分子改变起重要调节作用。

【Abstract】 Aim:To characterize the alterations and significance of P53 and PCNA in esophageal and gastric cardia epithelia tissue from the monozygotic twins. Methods:P53 and PCNA protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemical method (ABC) in esophageal and gastric cardia epithelia tissue from the monozygotic twins in Henan province, a high incidence area for esophageal cancer.Results:Out of 19 pairs of monozygotic twins,11 pairs had concordant normal esophageal pathologic result, 4 pairs had inconcordant esophageal dysplasia, 3 pairs had inconcordant esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,1 pair had concordant.Out of 17 pairs,5 pairs had concordant normal gastric cardia, 12 pairs had concordant gastric cardia dysplasia. Of the 11 pairs with concordant normal esophageal tissues,4 pairs had consistent expression of P53,10 pairs had consistent expression of PCNA.In the pair with concordant SCC, the expression of P53 and PCNA were positive.Of the 5 pairs with concordant gastric cardia result, the expression of P53 was negative and that of PCNA was positive. Conclusion:Environmental factors may play an important role in molecular changes in esophageal epithelial cells.
