百合多糖的抗疲劳作用

【摘要】 目的:观察百合多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:用水提醇沉法提取百合粗多糖,通过Sevag法去蛋白,纯化多糖。将60只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高、中、低剂量给药组。高、中、低剂量给药组分别按2.25g/kg/d、1.5g/kg/d、0.75g/kg/d灌胃百合多糖,正常对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃,连续灌胃10天后对小鼠进行负重游泳实验及血清指标测定。结果:三个剂量组百合多糖均能延长小鼠游泳时间,增强小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,减少小鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)的生成,提高小鼠抗疲劳能力。结论:百合多糖的抗疲劳、提高运动能力与其抗氧化作用相关。

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the anti-fatigue pharmacological action of Lily Polysaccharide in mice.MethodsExtract polysaccharide from lily powder with water and precipitate it by adding in some alcohol and eliminate the protein use Sevag method.After that,sixty male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,high-dosage group,middle-dosage group and low-dosage group.The mice in the above groups were fed for 10 days.The drug groups were fed with 2.25,1.5,0.75 g/kg/d lily polysaccharide.Normal control group were fed 0.9% NaCI in the same volume.On the10th day of feeding,all of the mice were carried on swimming test.Mice rest for 24 hours after swimming to tired,then ten of each group were executed to adopt blood from eye socke,then measured SOD activity and MDA content in mice serum.Results Three drug teams of lily polysaccharide can lengthen the mice’s swimming time and enhance the activity of SOD and reduce the amount of MDA,So lily polysaccharide can enhance mice’s anti-fatigue capability.Conclusion Lily polysaccharide can enhance mice sport ability and promot the restoration of fatigue mice,Perhaps the anti-weary function of lily polysaccharide are related with its anti-oxoidation activity
