【摘要】 目的:分析肾功能不全患者氮质血症期尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷在血清中的水平。方法:测定128例肾功能不全患者氮质血症期血清中尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷的水平。结果:肾功能不全患者与正常对照组相比,血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸和β2-微球蛋白明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清镁和磷无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、β2-微球蛋白、镁和磷的水平为辅助诊断肾功能不全氮质血症期提供了重要的实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis six indicators(BUN、CREA、UA、βMG、Mg2+ and P3-) in serum of azotemia period of renal insufficiency.Methods 128 serum samples were assessed from patients of renal insufficiency.Results For the renal insufficiency,the serum levels of BUN、CREA、UA and βMG were significantly higher than normal comtrol(P<0.05或P<0.01).Serum levels of Mg2+ and P3-were not remarkably different in comparison of the normal comtrol(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of BUN、CREA、UA、βMG、Mg2+ and P3-in azotemia period of renal insufficiency evaluate the diseases.更多还原
