【摘要】 目的了解某溶脂胶囊辅助降血脂效果。方法以0.25 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、1.50 g/kg剂量的某溶脂胶囊连续给大鼠灌胃30 d,于试验开始及结束时测试TG、TC及HDL-C,观察不同剂量的某溶脂胶囊对高脂饲料喂养大鼠血脂的影响。结果大鼠连续灌胃给予某溶脂胶囊30 d后,0.50 g/kg和1.50 g/kg两个剂量组的某溶脂胶囊能使大鼠血清中TC降低,1.50g/kg剂量组的某溶脂胶囊能使大鼠血清中TG降低,结论在本试验条件下,某溶脂胶囊具有辅助降血脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study a kind of antilipemic capsule on the antihyperlipidem-ia effect of rats.Methods Tree group of hyperlipidemic rats were continually given the th-e test agent for 30 days in dose of 0.25,0.50,1.50g/kg.BW separately by gavage.Their ser-um cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were e-xamination at first and end of the test.Results The 0.50 g/kg and 1.50 g/kg dose could decrease serum TC level;the 1.50 g/kg dose group could lower serum TG level.model.Conclusion The kind of antilipemic capsule has antihyperlipidemia effect of rats.更多还原
