【摘要】 以炼铁厂事故统计数据为依据,在分析高炉炼铁主要工艺系统的基础上,对炼铁厂普遍存在的主要危险、有害因素进行了全面的辨识,并对其危险程度进行了分析。结合危险、有害因素分析结果及事故统计数据,从安全技术和安全管理两个方面提出了主要对策及措施。在事故统计分析的基础上提出炼铁厂重点安全管理及技术措施,对保证其实现安全生产标准化及安全生产工作目标具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the accidents-statistics of Ironworks,through analyzing the craft system of blast furnace,it identified the primary hazard and harm factors which are existing universally in ironworks.Also,it analyzes the degree of risk.Combining above-mentioned and accidents-statistical data,it proposed the main preventive measures from the two aspects of the safety technology and safety management.It has great significance to ensure the realization of the standardization and the objection of safety in production.更多还原
