烧结温度等参数对Fe2O3粉末烧结密度影响的试验研究
THE EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SINTERING TEMPERATURE TO Fe2O3 POWDER SINTERING DENSITY
【摘要】 针对烧结温度等参数对Fe2O3粉末压制烧结密度的影响进行了试验。结果表明:在实验条件相同情况下,粉末粗细颗粒比在85%时压坯密度最高;随着压制压力的升高,在400MPa以下压坯密度上升速率较大,在400~650MPa之间压坯密度呈平台型和上升型交替趋势;烧结块在最终烧结温度为1240℃烧结获得的密度最高。
【Abstract】 Aim at finding the influence of the parameter such as sintering temperature on sintering density of the Fe2O3 powder during suppressing,we conduct an experiment.The result shows that: under the same experimental condition,the sintering density is the highest when the coarse and fine Particle ratio of powder is at 85%.Along with suppressed pressure ascension,the ascend speed is faster below the 400MPa,and sintering density gets a plateau-rising type alternate tendency between 400MPa-600MPa.The sintering part obtains the highest density when the final sintering temperature reaches 1240℃.
