配加含钛铁矿的微型烧结试验研究

【摘要】 应用微型烧结法试验,研究了含钛铁矿配比和碱度对烧结矿抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明:含钛铁矿配比的增加对烧结试样的抗压强度不利,而碱度提高有利于增加烧结试样铁酸钙的生成数量,可以改善含钛铁矿配比的增加对抗压强度的不利影响;含钛铁矿配比不超过6.0%时,烧结试样要保持较高的抗压强度,烧结混合料的碱度应控制在1.9左右;含钛铁矿配比超过6.0%以后,烧结试样要保持较高的抗压强度,烧结混合料的碱度应控制在2.3左右。

【Abstract】 The influence of TiO2-containing iron ore’s allocated proportion and basicity on the sinter anti-compressive strength was studied through the mini-sintering experiment.The results show that:The increasing of the TiO2-containing iron ore’s allocated proportion is not advantageous to the sinter sample’s anti-compressive strength;and the increasing of basicity is advantageous to enhance the quantities of calcium ferrite that can improve the adverse influence of the TiO2-containing iron ore’s allocated proportion on the anti-compressive strength.When the Ti-bearing iron ore’s allocated proportion is no more than 6.0%,if the sinter sample wants to maintain the higher anti-compressive strength,the sinter mixed materials’ basicity should be controlled under about 1.9.When the TiO2-containing iron ore’s allocated proportion is more than 6.0%,if the sinter sample wants to maintain the higher anti-compressive strength,the sinter mixed materials’ basicity should be controlled under about 2.3.
