薄叶红厚壳根的化学成分研究
Study on the Chemical Constituents of the Roots of C.membranaceum Gardn.et Champ.
【摘要】 利用色谱分离技术对薄叶红厚壳(C.membranaceum Gardn.et Champ.)根的乙醇提取物的氯仿部位进行分离纯化,从该植物的根中首次分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthon,nigrolineaxanthone W和pyranojacareubin.通过理化性质和波谱方法,对上述化合物结构进行了确证.
【Abstract】 Three compounds were isolated from the roots of C.membranaceum Gardn.et Champ.for the first time by column chromatography over normal,reversed-phase silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization repeatedly.On the basis of spectral analysis and physical-chemical properties, their structures were identified as 1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(1),nigrolineaxanthone W(2),pyranojacareubin(3).
