宠物干粮食品辐照杀菌工艺参数的确定

【摘要】 依照国内外学者的研究结果和国际辐照饲料工艺规范中的规定,研究了宠物干粮食品辐照杀菌工艺,确定了各项技术指标,并就主要技术指标的确定依据进行了阐述。该技术规范规定:辐照前宠物干粮食品细菌总数≤5×106CFU/g,大肠菌群≤5×104MPN/100g,霉菌≤4.5×104CFU/g,沙门氏菌≤1×103CFU/25g,辐照后细菌总数≤1000CFU/g,大肠菌群≤30MPN/100g,霉菌≤25CFU/g,沙门氏菌不得检出,宠物干粮食品辐照杀菌的最低有效剂量为4.0kGy,最高耐受剂量为15.0kGy。辐照产品箱中最小吸收剂量应不小于最低有效剂量,最大吸收剂量应不大于产品的最高耐受剂量。

【Abstract】 Based on food irradiation researches and international irradiation practices for feed,the specified irradiation practice for dried pet foods,which includes technological index,were studied.The major technological index could be summarized as follows: the numbers of total bacteria,coliform bacteria and mould in dried pet foods should not be higher than 5.6×10~6(CFU/g,) 5.0×10~4MPN/100g and 4.5×10~4CFU/g before irradiation,and should be less than 1000 CFU/g,30MPN/100g and 25CFU/g after irradiation;the load of Salmonella in dried pet food should be controlled from less than 1×10~3CFU/25g to none after irradiation;the minimum effective dose for dried pet food irradiation was 4.0kGy and the maximum tolerance dose was 15.0kGy,the recommended absorbed dose range for pet food was from 4.0 to 15.0kGy.The applied minimal absorbed dose should not be less than the effective dose,and not be higher than the tolerance dose during irradiation.
