大鲵细菌性败血症的组织病理学观察

【摘要】 用光镜观察患有细菌性败血症的大鲵的血液涂片以及进行血液病理学检测,结果显示患病大鲵的血细胞形态、数量及比例异常,血清中总蛋白、免疫球蛋白、肌酐、血清铁、尿酸、酯蛋白等指标值均明显低于正常值,谷丙转氨酶明显升高;采用常规石蜡切片技术制作病理切片,对患细菌性败血症大鲵的不同组织进行病理学观察,结果表明,患病大鲵的肺、胃、肠、肝、胰等组织器官发生了不同程度的病变,其病理特征主要表现为:细胞肿大、变性、坏死,多数组织淋巴细胞增多等.患细菌性败血症大鲵的血液、消化和呼吸器官均出现严重病变,功能遭到破坏,这可能是导致其发病死亡的病理学基础.

【Abstract】 Blood smears of the giant salamander which were suffered from bacterial septicemia were observed using light microscopy,and blood pathology was deteced.The results showed that the morphology,quantity and proportion of blood cells of the diseased giant salamande were abnormal,total protein,immunoglobulins,creatinine,serum ferritin,uric acid,ester protein and other indicator values in sera were significantly lower than normal values.Alanine aminotransferase in Sera was significantly higher than normal values.Produced pathological biopsy using conventional paraffin sections technology,and observed Pathological changes in different organizations of the diseased giant salamande,the results showed that the lung,stomach,intestines,liver,pancreas and other organs of diseased giant salamander have occurred in varying degrees of lesions,the main pathological features as follows:cell swelling,degeneration and necrosis.The number of lymphocytes in most organizations were increased etc.The blood,digestive and respiratory organs of the giant salamander which suffered from bacterial septicemia appeared Severe pathological changes so their functions were destroyed,which might be the pathology basis of causing disease and death.
