雌核发育草鱼近交F1代与普通草鱼外周血细胞的比较
Comparison of Blood Cells of the Inbreeding F1-Generation Gynogenetic Grass Carp with Grass Carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)
【摘要】 利用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜对雌核发育草鱼近交F1代以及普通草鱼的外周血细胞进行了显微和超微结构的观察.在光镜下,雌核发育草鱼近交F1代和普通草鱼外周血液中都可观察到6种不同类型的血细胞:红细胞、血栓细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞,两者基本相同.在透射电子显微镜下,在雌核发育草鱼近交F1代的血细胞中观察到一种特殊的细胞,在普通草鱼中未观察到,两者其他血细胞结构基本相同.观察结果表明:雌核发育草鱼近交F1代与普通草鱼的血细胞组成基本相同,但有细微区别.
【Abstract】 This paper studied the peripheral blood cells of the inbreeding F1-generation gynogenetic grass carp and grass carp by light microscope and transmission electron microscope.There are indications that the peripheral blood cells of both kinds of grass carp can distinguish 6 different cell types:erythrocyte,thrombocyte,lymphocyte,monocyte,neutrophilic granular cell,and acidophilic granular cell.And there is a special cell that is found in the inbreeding F1-generation gynogenetic grass carp.The structure of the blood cells of both grass carp appears to be very similar though few difference.
