【Abstract】 A facile approach has been developed for the synthesis of N-(alkyloxycarbonylmethyl) nucleobases,the building blocks for Peptide Nucleic Acids(PNA).All the nucleobases are regioselectively alkylated and the desired products are obtained in moderate to high yields under microwave irradiation for short time in ionic liquid as the solvent and in the presence of K2CO3 as the base.更多还原
