【摘要】在微波辅助下,以环胞苷为原料,以较高产率合成了具有重要生理活性的2’-脱氧-2’-氟-5-碘胞苷,反应时间短,条件温和,操作简单.所有的中间产物和目标产物均经1H NMR和13C NMR确证.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the help of microwave irradiation,FIAC is afforded in high yields starting with cyclocytosine,which can be obtained cheaply and conveniently.The structures of intermediates and the desired product are confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.更多还原
