鲇核基因组遗传结构的RAPD分析

【摘要】 为了解鲇核基因组的遗传结构,采用38个随机引物对长江上游干支流以及长江中游支流舞阳河的鲇核基因组DNA进行随机扩增分析.结果表明,鲇核基因组保存了较为丰富的遗传多样性.同时,舞阳河鲇与长江水系干支流的其他个体间具有较大遗传差异(p=0.001),推测可能出现了适应舞阳河地理环境的在分子水平上差异显著而形态分化微弱的隐存种.

【Abstract】 In order to understand the genetic structures among nDNAs of S.asotus,38 RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)primers have been used for random DNA amplification of nDNA from S.asotus,which lives in the upper reaches of Yangtze River and its branches,the middle reaches of Yangtze river and its branch Wuyang river first time in China.The results indicate that genetic diversity abounds among nDNA of S.asotus,and a significant variation(p=0.001)is found in genetic structures between the population from Wuyang River and from the reaches of Yangtze river and its other branches.It is presumed that the cryptice of S.asotus could be formed with minor morphological differentiation but significant variation in molecular level,especial in genetic structures in order to adapt its living ecological environment in Wuyang river.
