【摘要】 诊所式法律教育是20世纪60年代在美国兴起的新的法学教育方法,对于提高学生的法律实践能力有显著效果。它也受到我国法学界的关注,但目前学界对它的应用研究较为缺乏。诊所式法律教育应该如何适用,其本土化的途径应当如何,本文从诊所式法律教育模式的特点出发,从课程建设、师资队伍、经费来源等各个方面对诊所式法律教育教学方法在我国如何具体应用进行了初步探讨,并进一步阐述了诊所式法律教育模式的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Clinical Legal Education appears in the United States in 60s of the 20th century,and it has remarkable results in enhancing the capacity of legal practice of the students.With the reformation and development of methods of clinical legal education,more and more schools attend to attempt clinical legal education method and gain some good effect.
