【摘要】 孟子认为,统一的人性根源于人心,人心之善性是人性的内在特质。但人心之善性只是一种"善端",当受到强势的耳目之欲和外在环境的抑制时,人极易"放其良心"而弃善为恶,"放心"是人们违法犯罪的根源。因而,必须制定相应的礼法规范以教化人,使人自觉寻求其"放心"、存养其"良心",不断强化人心之善性,抑制人欲之扩张,提升自身人格境界,从而弃恶为善。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to Mencius, uniform humanity originates from human heart, and the goodness of human heart is the innate nature of human heart. But the goodness of human heart is only an "initial goodness", and therefore, when it is inhibited by forceful sensory desires and outside surroundings, man is apt to discard his conscience, which is considered as the origin of crime. Thus it is essential to enact corresponding rules of etiquette for the moralization of man so that they will reinforce their goodness, suppress their desires, upgrade their humanity state, and eventually keep away from evilness.更多还原
