【摘要】 目的探讨动态脑电图在儿童癫与非癫发作性疾病诊断与鉴别诊断中价值。方法2006-02～2008-12在我院癫专科门诊就诊的具有发作性症状儿童病例192例,其中拟诊癫112例,非癫性发作性疾病80例,全部病例做常规脑电图(EEG)和24h动态脑电图(AEEG)检查。结果拟诊癫112例,经24h动态脑电图监测,结合临床表现,确诊为癫89例;而非癫发作性疾病80例,经24h动态脑电图监测,并结合其临床变现,77例被排除癫。结论动态脑电图对儿童癫和非癫发作性疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance of AEEG in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy in childhood.Methods From February 2006 to November 2008,among 192 cases of patients with seizure symptoms from epilepsy special out-patient department,112 cases were primarily diagnosed as epileptic stizures,80 cases were non-epilepsy seizures.All the cases had been under monitoring of both by routine EEG and 24-hour AEEG.Results Eighty-nine cases of 112 children whose episodes had been preliminarily diagnosed as epileptic seizures were identified as epilepsy by 24-hour AEEG and clinical manifestation,and the other 80 cases of non-epilepsy seizures,77cases were excluded from epilepsy.Conclusion AEEG hase great significance on the diagnosis and distinguishing diagnosis of epileptic seizures and non-epilepsy seizures in childhood.更多还原
