【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量西比灵治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将常规剂量西比灵治疗偏头痛效果不佳病人改为半量(2.5mg/d)治疗,并与常规剂量相比较。对所有治疗病人进行头痛发作期症状控制率及发作频率的效果、总有效率和远期疗效观察比较。结果小剂量西比灵组和常规用量组对比,小剂量治疗组对头痛发作控制率(25%)和总有效率(81%)均较后组好,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论对服用常规剂量西比灵后无效,甚至症状加重的偏头痛患者,小剂量西比灵仍有较好治疗效果,显效率高,远期治疗效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of low dose of flunarizine on the patients of migraine.Methods The patients in study group took the flunarizine half of the conventional dose who had no satisfied effect with conventional dose(2.5mg/d).The patients in control group took conventional dose(5mg/d).The control rate and outbreak frequency in the course of headache,the total effect rate and long-term effect in the two groups were compared.Results Study group had better effect than control group in the control rate and total effect rate.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Low dose of flunarizine has good effect on the patients with migraine while the conventional dose is invalid or even worse.The total effective rate and long-term effect in study group are better.更多还原
