【摘要】 目的探讨舍曲林联合心理治疗对糖尿病伴抑郁的疗效。方法将82例伴抑郁症状的DM患者随机分为舍曲林联合心理治疗组(联合组)和单用舍曲林组(舍曲林组),疗程8周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS),随访半年并进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗后第2周末、第8周末2组HAMD评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),随访半年后联合组的显效率为85.0%,舍曲林组为55.3%,2组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论舍曲林联合心理治疗对糖尿病伴抑郁疗效确切、持久。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination of sertraline and psychotherapy in the treatment of diabetic depression.Methods Eighty-two patients with diabetic depression were randomly assigned to combination of sertraline and psychotherapy group(combination group) and sertraline group,they were treated for 8 weeks.HAMD and TESS were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects.After 6 months,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results Two and eight weeks after treatment,the scores of HAMD had significant difference between the two grous.The significant improvement rate of the combination group was 85.0%and that of sertraline group was 55.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups after six months.Conclusion There is better efficacy of combination of sertraline and psychotherapy in the treatment of diabetic depression.更多还原
