对建筑物防雷接地和电气接地阻值的探讨
Discussion About Grounding Resistance of Building Lightning Protection and Electrical System
【摘要】 对于建筑物防雷接地,要求接地电阻越小越好。但是,从电气系统防雷角度考虑,对于等电位联结条件下的低频配电系统和高频信息系统的工频接地的阻值进行严格限制,并没有多大意义。通过计算分析得知:低频条件下,接地线的感抗很小,可以忽略不计;高频条件下,感抗很大,达不到安全接地要求。因此,对GB 50057-1994等技术规范中对各种联结方式下接地阻值取值提出了疑问。
【Abstract】 The grounding resistance of building lightning protection requires as small as possible.However,from the view of the electrical system lightning protection,it has little meaning for strict limiting the grounding resistance of low-frequency power distribution system and high-frequency information systems under equipotential bonding condition.The calculation and analysis show the reactance of the grounding line is very small in low-frequency condition,which is negligible;the reactance is great enough not to meet safety requirement in high-frequency condition.Therefore,it’s questioned what the grounding resistance values required in a variety of coupling mode in the GB 50057-1994 and other technical specifications.
