【Abstract】 The monitoring and early warning system were set up basing on the study of circumfluence character,physical fields,the satellite cloud photographs and Doppler weather radar echo characteristics of the storm weather.This system was including twelve forecast models of three types prediction prescription such as short-term,short-time,immediate and four influence systems such as vortex,shear,low atmospheric pressure and typhoon,etc.By using form 2005 to 2008,the nicety rate of short-time forecasting is 87.1%.更多还原
