基于灵敏度分析的车辆传动系统扭振分析及仿真
Torsional vibration analysis and simulation of the vehicle driveline based on sensitivity
【摘要】 针对轮式车辆传动系统匹配问题,通过建立集中质量模型,分析了扭转振动固有特性的灵敏度,获得了固有频率和振型对惯量与轴段刚度等实际系统参数的灵敏度.基于灵敏度分析,采用多步灵敏度计算方法对其进行动力学修改.Simulink仿真试验表明,动力学修改结构参数可较好地避免扭转振动.本文提出的模拟方法为轮式车辆传动系统匹配分析提供了一条新的途径.
【Abstract】 For matching problem of the wheeled vehicles transmission system,the natural characteristics’ sensitivities with respect to the undamped equivalent model parameters are derived from an established lumped mass model,which includes the stiffness and inertia of the vehicle powertrain.Based on the sensitivity analysis,a multi-step method for dynamic modification was presented.The Simulink simulation result indicates that it may avoid torsional vibration better to modify structural parameters of the model.The simulation method proposed in this paper for matching problem of the wheeled vehicle powertrain provides a new way.
