汽车起重机变幅系统机液耦合动力学建模

【摘要】 用键合图法建立了汽车起重机变幅系统下降工况机液耦合动力学模型,用Matlab对模型进行了仿真,分析了变幅液压回路参数、变幅机构参数对系统的影响以及机械和液压系统的耦合效应.该方法对汽车起重机变幅系统的工程设计提供了理论依据,同时也对工程机械系统的动态特性研究有一定的指导意义.

【Abstract】 The dynamic models of the hydraulic control,boom and coupling system in descending working conditions of the boom bystem of truck crane were proposed by bond graph method.The dynamic response of the systems was simulated with Matlab.The time domain indices were studied by simulation.At the same time,the dynamic parameters influencing the characteristics of the derricking system of truck cranes were analyzed qualitatively.The methods can be put into practice in truck cranes.At the same time,the methods can meet the needs of the models of different energy coupling fields of engineering machinery.
