NaCl胁迫对甘草叶片相对含水量及保护酶活性的影响
Effects of NaCl Stresses on Relative Water Contents and Defense Enzymes Activities in Leaves of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch
【摘要】 以药用植物甘草为材料,采用砂基培养法培养幼苗,以含有不同浓度NaCl的营养液对其分别进行不同强度的盐胁迫处理,研究了NaCl处理对甘草叶片水分状况、质膜透性和保护酶活性等生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:随NaCl浓度的增加,甘草幼苗叶片相对含水量持续下降,质膜相对透性明显增加,POD、SOD2种保护酶的活性呈先上升后下降的规律性变化。
【Abstract】 Medicinal plant Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch was taken as the material,Seedlings of sand-cultured were stressed with different concentration of NaCl.To study the effect on physiological and biochemical particularity of the water condition,the membrane permeability and protective enzymes.The results showed that at the increase of salt contents in treatments,the membrane permeability and relative water content showed increasing trend,the activity of two kinds of defensive enzyme POD and SOD was increasing at first and then declining later,showing regularity changes.
