打顶时间对烤烟特有亚硝胺前体物的影响

【摘要】 利用盆栽试验研究了烤烟打顶时间(早打、中打、晚打)对烟叶中特有亚硝胺类化合物(TSNA)的前体物如烟碱、降烟碱、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐等的影响。结果表明,早打顶的烤烟上、中、下部叶的降烟碱、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量最高;中(适时)打顶时,它们的含量都降低,但中打顶使上部叶的游离烟碱含量升高,中部叶游离烟碱降低;晚打顶时,上部叶总烟碱、游离烟碱含量增加。总体看,中打顶的烟叶中TSNA的多数前体物含量低于早打顶和晚打顶。

【Abstract】 The effects of topping time on precursor of tobacco-specific nitrosamines in flue-cuted tobacco were studied by pot experiments.The results indicated that earlier of topping the higher contents of nitrate and nitrite.When topping at the right(neither too early not too late) time the contents of nicotine,nornicotine and nitrite decreased.When late topping the contents of totall nicotine,free nicotine in upper leaves obviousty,increased.All in all,when topping at the right time the content of precursor of TSNA is lower than that when topping early and too late.
