新型分子标记SRAP的原理及其研究进展
The Principle and Research Advancement of Sequence-related Amplified Polymorphism
【摘要】 阐述了SRAP的原理和流程,详细论述了SRAP标记在动植物种质资源鉴定评价、遗传图谱构建、重要性状标记以及比较基因组学方面的研究进展及应用前景。认为在遗传多样性的研究中,SRAP比AFLP更能反映表型的多样性及进化历史,SRAP标记将会在生命科学领域中发挥更大的作用。
【Abstract】 Sequence-related amplified polymorphism is a new technique for molecular marker,which is simple and stable.The throughput ratio of SRAP is moderate and sequencing of selected bands is facile.SRAP aimed for amplification of open reading frames(ORFs) by special primer set,based on Polymerase Chain Reaction.This paper described the principle and protocol of SRAP,the research advancement and application prospect of SRAP on evaluation of animal and plant’s germplasm resources,genetic map construction,main characteristics markers and comparative genomics.SRAP were used to analyze genetic polymorphism of pummelo in Hunan,and primer selection had been finished.
