离心泵内固液两相流动的三维数值模拟
On 3-D numerical simulation of solid-liquid two phase flow in centrifugal pump
【摘要】 采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,对离心泵全流场的固液两相流速度场和压力场进行三维湍流动力学仿真分析.结果表明:叶轮流道沿程压强逐渐升高,叶轮轴向截面压强分布非对称性较明显;固液两相在同一壁面上的速度分布规律相同,叶片和前后盖板壁面的固液两相平均速度差达10%以上;扬程和效率的数值计算和试验测量值接近.
【Abstract】 3-D numerical simulation of solid-liquid two-phase flow in centrifugal pump was performed.RNG(renormalization group)k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC arithmetic were applied in the numerical simulation.The results showed that pressure increased along blade inlet to outlet,pressure distribution on axle section of impeller was apparently unsymmetrical.Velocity distribution rule of solid-liquid two phase on the same wall was similar.The velocity difference of solid-liquid two phase on wall between blade,front board and back board reached above 10%.The numerical computation results about head and efficiency were very close to the results measured in tests.
