利用高代回交导入系定位稻米外观品质性状QTL

【摘要】 利用252个Lemont导入到特青背景的高代回交导入系,研究稻米外观品质性状相关的数量基因定位.共检测到控制垩白度的3个QTL,分别位于第6、7、8染色体上;控制粒长的QTL3个,分别位于第4、7和11染色体上;控制粒宽的QTL5个,分别位于第2、4、6、7、11染色体上;控制粒长宽比的QTL2个,分别位于第2和第6染色体上;第7染色体的OSR4-RM505区间是垩白度、粒长和粒宽的共同基因座位,第6染色体的RM439-RM340区间同时控制垩白、粒宽和长宽比;影响稻米外观品质相关性状的一些QTL位于同一染色体的相同或者相邻区域上.

【Abstract】 A mapping population of 252 advanced backcrossing introgression lines(ILs) of Lemont with variety Teqing’s genetic background and the two parents were used to detect quantitative trait loci(QTL) for traits associated with rice appearance quality such as grain length(GL), grain width(GW), grain length-with ratio(LWR) and chalkiness degree (CD). Three QTLs controlling CD were detected on chromosomes 6, 7 and 8; three QTLs controlling GL were mapped on chromosomes 4, 7 and 11; five QTLs controlling GW were identified on chromosomes 2, 4, 6, 7 and 11; two QTLs controlling LWR were detected on chromosomes 2 and 6, respectively. There was one common QTL for CD,GL and GW in interval OSR4-RM505 on chromosome 7, other common QTL for CD, GW and LWR in the interval RM439-RM340 on chromosome 6. The results suggested that there were some common QTLs for the closely relative traits at the same or near chromosome regions.
