豫杂一号泡桐花粉超低温保存技术研究

【摘要】 采用直接冻存法和程序冻存法对豫杂一号泡桐花粉进行超低温保存研究。结果表明,脱水方法和时间是决定豫杂一号泡桐花粉超低温保存成败的关键因素,脱水至30%左右的含水量能够保证超低温保存花粉的生活力。直接冻存法比程序冻存法更能保存花粉的生活力。

【Abstract】 The fresh mature pollen of Paulownia tomentosa×P.fortune was used to investigate the factors influencing cryopreservation of pollen of Paulownia tomentosa×P.fortune.The result indicated that the suitable method of cryopreservation was fast cooling method,the survival of cryopreserved pollen were significantly affected by the method and time of dehydration.
