【Abstract】 In this paper the tissue culture and plant regeneration of Chaenomeles speciosa was researched.The results show that the stem with buds is optimum explant.MS+6-BA 1.0 mg /L +NAA 0.2 mg/L is the optimum medium for bud induction;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.2 g/L is optimum growth medium of buds;The best medium for rooting is 1/2 MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L,the rooting rate reached 90 %.更多还原
