【摘要】 随着高校招生人数的不断增加和大学生进行体育锻炼积极性的提高,运动损伤总体人数和比例有所增加,如何防止大学生在体育锻炼中出现运动损伤,已经成为高校体育教师需要认真研讨的课题。文章通过对河南省新乡市高校部分大学生运动损伤的原因、特点进行调查和分析,对高校体育教师如何对大学生进行运动损伤防治提出了意见和建议。更多还原
