2-氯-6-氯甲基苯并噻唑的合成
Synthesis of 2-Chloro-4-chloromethylbenzothiazole
【摘要】 4-氨基苯甲酸乙酯在乙酸中与硫氰化钾,溴素关环反应得到2-氨基-6-羧乙基苯并噻唑,用亚硝酸叔丁酯/溴化铜重氮化溴化得到2-溴-6-羧乙基苯并噻唑,再与硫氢化钠发应得到2-巯基-6-羧乙基苯并噻唑。2-巯基-6-羧乙基苯并噻唑用四氢铝锂还原酯基成醇,用氯化亚砜将巯基和羟基氯化得到2-氯-6-氯甲基苯并噻唑。中间体和标题化合物的结构经过1H NMR和13C NMR确证。
【Abstract】 2-Chloro-6-chloromethylbenzothiazole was synthesized from ethyl 4-aminobenzonic via five-step reactions including cyclization, diazotization bromination, substitution, reduction and chlorization. The structures of the intermediates and titled compound were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectrum.
